ME80 Credits — Terms of Use

ME80 Credits are a closed-loop, non-monetary, account-bound utility unit issued by Max Metanergy Limited solely for redemption against ME80's own products and services on the ME80 platform.

ME80 點數為 Max Metanergy Limited 發行之**封閉循環、非金錢、帳號綁定之效用單位**，僅供於 ME80 平台兌換 ME80 自家產品及服務之用。

Credits are expressly NOT:

• legal tender, currency, or e-money / electronic money
• a stored-value facility under the Hong Kong Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance (Cap. 584)
• a security, investment instrument, or financial product
• cryptocurrency, virtual asset, or tradable digital token
• redeemable, exchangeable, or convertible into cash, foreign currency, cryptocurrency, or any other asset that has monetary value outside the ME80 platform

• withdraw Credits as cash 將點數提取為現金
• demand a cash refund of Credits earned via referral, bonus, or grant 就推介、獎勵或贈送獲得之點數要求現金退款
• transfer Credits between user accounts 在用戶帳號間轉移點數
• sell, gift, pledge, or otherwise dispose of Credits to any third party 出售、贈與、抵押或處分點數予第三方
• redeem Credits for goods or services not offered by ME80 將點數兌換為非 ME80 提供之商品或服務

Credits are issued for one of six reasons:

All payments are final. ME Credit top-ups, ME80 subscriptions (PLUS / PRO / MAX, monthly or annual), MaxAI Credit top-up packs, card-unlock purchases, and any other paid action — once completed — are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash.

REFERRAL_BONUS / HQ_GRANT / COMMISSION_REDEEMED Credits: NOT cash-refundable. They are unilateral promotional grants by ME80 with no fiat-currency basis.

Subscription cancellation: service continues to the end of the current billing period; no prorated refund. At period end: remaining monthly subscription credits, ME-Point-redeemed credits, AND top-up pack credits all expire. Re-subscribing does NOT restore expired credits. ME Credit wallet balance survives subscription cancellation (it's a separate wallet).

EU / UK statutory cooling-off (§ 312g BGB / Consumer Rights Act 2015): if you reside in the EU, UK, or any jurisdiction granting consumers a statutory cancellation right, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have NOT yet begun consuming the related service. Starting any of the following within the 14-day window constitutes explicit waiver of your cooling-off right and forfeits refund eligibility:

• any MaxAI conversation (consumes MaxAI Credits)
• any energy-card unlock (consumes ME Credit or ME Point)
• any MaxAI top-up pack redemption (consumes ME Credit)
• any ME-Point-to-MaxAI-Credit redemption

所有付款一經完成恕不退款、不可轉讓、不可兌現。歐盟/英國用戶享 14 天法定冷靜期； 一旦開始使用即視為主動放棄該權利。

When a user (“Inviter”) shares their referral code with another person who creates a new ME80 account (“Invitee”), and the Invitee applies the referral code at signup, the Inviter receives REFERRAL_BONUS Credits.

The Inviter has NO right to:

• receive cash, monetary equivalent, or any other consideration in lieu of these Credits 就此等點數要求現金、貨幣等價物或任何其他形式之代價
• compensation arising from any further action of the Invitee (the Invitee's own purchases, the Invitee's own referrals to others, etc.) 就被邀請人之任何後續行為要求補償

Only the initial signup binding triggers a Credit. There is no multi-tier or chain compensation under these Terms.

僅初次註冊綁定觸發一次點數。本條款下不存在多層或連鎖式補償。

The following are prohibited and may result in Credit forfeiture and account termination:

• self-referral (using your own referral code on a second account you control)
• coordinated multi-account farming
• attempting to monetise Credits via third-party marketplaces
• refund-and-rebuy arbitrage to game promotions

If your account is terminated for material breach (fraud, abuse, illegal activity, violation of these Terms or the ME80 General Terms of Service), all unspent Credits are forfeit without compensation, regardless of how earned.

因重大違約終止之帳號，未使用點數無補償地沒收。

ME80 does not issue tax forms (1099 / IR56 / etc.) for promotional Credits in any jurisdiction. If your local tax law treats receipt of promotional benefits as taxable, you are responsible for your own reporting.

These Credit Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes are resolved by HKIAC arbitration in Hong Kong.
